چکیده
With the development of large-scale blast-furnace and oxygen-rich coal-injection technology, as well national green low-carbon policy requirements, ironmaking process has increasingly strict requirements for raw materials, such new higher coke quality thermal performance. In this study, melting loss reaction in a blast furnace was simulated under laboratory conditions microstructure evolution after CO2 + H2O studied. The results showed that atmosphere, specific surface area pore volume number micropores first increased then decreased with increase time, while average size from 17.289 to 8.641 nm 9.607 nm. gasification between coke, relative content graphitized structure (IG/IAll) first, change trends disordered (ID3/IG) unstable (ID4/IG) were opposite IG/IAll, indicating still tended be more orderly time. mixed atmosphere H2O, IG/IAll content. However, when proportion exceeded 50%, slightly, pore-size value corresponding peak distribution curve shifted right, nanosize range.

The Principle of Blast Furnace Operational Technology and Centralized Gas Flow by Center Coke Charging
High pellets ratio operation forced by burden material restrictions at Kobe Steel resulted in the development of a center coke charging process based on centralized gas flow principle. This methodology produced a novel approach to burden distribution, coal combustion and pellets operation, in which these processes are viewed as part of a chain reaction. As a result of these developments, furnac...

متن کاملPlastic Wastes, Lube Oils and Carbochemical Products as Secondary Feedstocks for Blast-furnace Coke Production
Plastic wastes, lube oils and coal-tar are evaluated, individually and combined, as additives to coal blends for the production of blast-furnace coke. The effects of adding 2 wt% of potential additives or their mixtures (50:50 w/w) on the coking capacity of coal, the pressure generated during the coking process and the coke quality parameters were evaluated. Using a combination of polyolefin wa...

Investigation of the Reaction Behavior of Albizia gummifera Wood under Steam Gasification with Varied Partial Pressures and Gasification Temperatures
The astronomical increase in global energy demand makes locating energy sources other than fossil fuels worthwhile. The use of tropical biomass wood waste as a renewable energy source was investigated in this study. The thermal conversion analysis of Albizia gummifera (ayinre) was carried out in a thermobalance reactor via steam gasification under varying temperature (700 to 1000 °C) and steam ...
